You will receive appropriate portions of butter, shredded cheese and spices but will need to roll fresh pizza dough, chop vegetables, mince garlic and juice lemons, etc.Over the summer months, Dave and I enjoyed several delicious Blue Apron meals. The website lists the calories of each dish, plus the cooking time and wine pairing suggestions. The food arrives in a refrigerated box that can be recycled at home or returned to Blue Apron, and the ingredients are portioned and individually packaged. SOMETHING NEW: Graze Restaurant opens in Little Silver HOW IT WORKS: Blue Apron offers two options: the two-person plan includes three recipes ($59.94, delivered together) and the family plan includes two recipes ($69.92, delivered together) or four recipes ($139.84, split into two deliveries), all of which serve four. The two-person plan offers six choices each week the family plan offers four. Vegetarian options are available for the two-person plan but not the family plan, and there are no vegan options.
